Navionics appoints senior business development director
VIAREGGIO, Italy – Navionics, an electronic charting and digital navigation data provider, has named Dana Fenner as senior business development director. Fenner will join the Navionics business development team effective July 7. He will be based out of the company’s U.S. headquarters in Wareham, Mass.
Fenner spent the past 10 years of his career with TeleAtlas as market director of location based services. Previously, he handled various sales management positions at hi-tech and IT companies. He has extensive experience in business development and in building industrial partnerships in the IT and telematics environments.
“With his background and experience in the telematic markets, Fenner will have a key role in developing Navionics’ partnerships and implementing innovative digital navigation applications,” said Marcello Albanese, corporate business development director.
