Yamaha Marine Group promotes three

KENNESAW, Ga. – Yamaha Marine Group has made several promotions in addition to the organizational changes and promotions it made last month, the company said in a statement Tuesday.

“The promotions we’ve announced this spring are well-earned, and the investments we’ve made in our team will strengthen Yamaha Marine Group for the future,” said Phil Dyskow, the group’s president.

Kyle Rippe has been promoted to assistant division manager of marine finance and accounting. Rippe joined Yamaha in late 2002 and has helped grow the business while keeping the focus on financial planning and accounting.

Yamaha has also added Earl Small to its accounting team. Small will serve as the marine accountant/department manager, reporting directly to Rippe.

Stacy Folan has been promoted to assistant division manager of marine supply chain operations. Under her leadership, Yamaha will work to further integrate its marine rigging and parts operations divisions. Over the past 10 years, Folan has proven her leadership skills with supply chain management, inventory control and forecasting.

Jonathon Burns has been promoted to supervisor of business/market planning for the marine group. Burns started with Skeeter Boats in 2000 and joined Yamaha in early 2004 as a market analyst for business planning.
