Interlux appoints OEM manager
UNION, N.J. – Paint manufacturer Interlux has appointed Mike Kent as OEM manager for North America, it reported in a statement earlier this week.
With experience in yacht paint key account management, production efficiencies and processes at boatyards and manufacturing facilities, he has been an Interlux technical sales representative for the past 20 years, according to the company.
In his new position, Kent will support Interlux technical sales representatives with customer relationship development and service. He will also continue to serve his current customers in Texas and Oklahoma, Interlux added.
“Mike Kent’s appointment is designed to help Interlux achieve a key strategic objective – to exceed our boat building customers’ expectations through additional professional involvement, service and support,” said Robert Donat, Interlux vice president of marketing for North America.
