Burger appoints new VP
MANITOWOC, Wis. – Burger Boat Co. has appointed Ron Cleveringa to the newly created position of vice president of sales and marketing, the company said in a recent press release.
Cleveringa joined Burger in April 2000 as a naval architect. He was promoted to the project engineering team in January 2007.
He received an engineering degree from the University of Michigan in 1984. He completed his MBA program at Grand Valley State University in 1994. Cleveringa has previously been employed with other yacht building companies in the United States and internationally before joining Burger more than seven years ago.
Reporting directly to Jim Ruffolo, Burger Boat Co. president, Cleveringa will begin in his new position immediately.
