SeaKey elects new board member

BETHESDA, Md. – SeaKey Holdings, LLC, a safety, security and convenience communications systems designer and manufacturer, has appointed Jeff Fellows to its board of directors, the company said in a statement today.

With more than 20 years of marine electronics experience, Fellows will drive SeaKey’s strategic direction and orchestrate its sales and marketing campaign.

“We are pleased to welcome Jeff to our board of directors,” said Anu Pahuja, SeaKey CEO. “We are confident that SeaKey will benefit from his extensive sales and marketing expertise, as well as organizational development and revenue building capabilities. Jeff’s leadership will help steer our strategic initiatives, expand our markets and achieve our goals.”

Fellows is recognized for his record of business expansion and worldwide sales growth, the company said. His expertise in the recreational and commercial marine electronics markets, coupled with his marketing achievements, is expected to enhance SeaKey’s brand building efforts and sales strategy, according to the company.

Fellows formerly served as president of Navman USA and, after its purchase by Brunswick, Brunswick New Technologies Marine Electronics, where he spearheaded growth in its marine and land navigation arenas. He spent 16 years of his career at Raytheon Marine, where he served as head of North American operations and global sales and marketing.

Fellows retired in 2005 to spend time with his family and continues to consult with U.S. and European organizations on business development, organizational structure and mergers and acquisitions.
