AER Supply hires new GM
SEABROOK, Texas – AER Supply Ltd has named Rudold (Ruud) Mes as its new general manager, the company said in a press release July 2.
Mes comes to AER after 14 years with VETUS den Ouden N.V., a large marine equipment manufacturer in Europe. His previous positions included operations and technology manager in the Netherlands and with Vetus’ U.S. office in Baltimore. Mes has an extensive background in engineering, sales and business management, according to the company. In his new position, he will be responsible for managing international and domestic sales and training as well as overseeing operations.
“Mes brings considerable experience from a larger more international prospective,” said Richard Miller, AER owner and managing director. “AER has seen tremendous growth over the past few years and with planned expansion it is necessary to add quality personnel to continue to offer the level of service and support our dealers are accustomed to.”
