Monterey Boats makes corporate appointment
WILLISTON, Fla. – Monterey Boats has promoted Mark Owens to vice president of design and engineering, the company said in a press release today.
Owens, a 30-year industry veteran, will oversee the design, engineering and integration of all new products, as well as manage continuous model enhancements for current product. He is also responsible for creating all masters and molds for production. Already in his third year with Monterey, Owens has been intimately involved with designing, building and introducing an average of three to five new models annually for the company. He was previously vice president of product development and engineering at Sea Ray Boats during his 26-year tenure with that company.
