Fountain names new director
WASHINGTON, N.C. – Fountain Powerboat Industries Inc.’s board of directors has elected Craig Goess as director, effective immediately, the boatbuilder said in a statement today. Goess replaces Robert Stallings, who resigned Wednesday.
Goess will fill Stallings’ remaining term of office. He was also assigned to the corporate governance committee and the compensation committee.
Goess is the president and owner of two Toyota dealerships in North Carolina.
