New manager joins Navimo USA
SARASOTA, Fla. – Navimo USA Inc. has hired Stephen Hugo as OEM key account manager, the company said in a press release yesterday.
A 16-year marine industry member, Hugo brings national OEM and technical sales experience to the U.S. distributor of European-made boating products. Hugo was formerly director of sales for KeelShield, Inc. where he oversaw sales for OEMs, retailers, distributors and dealers throughout the United States and internationally. Prior to KeelShield, Hugo was sales manager with Gulfstream Marine Products, managing OEM and distribution network sales activities as well as working closely with manufacturers including Kenyon, Waeco Adler Barbour, Brookes and Gatehouse, Spectra Watermakers and Mastervolt to identify, define, design and develop new products for the OEM and aftermarket marine segments. Hugo earned a bachelor’s in business administration and marketing from New Hampshire College and a certificate in yacht design from the Landing School of Yacht Design.
