Bennett Marine appoints new sales manager
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. – Trim tabs and hatch lifters manufacturer Bennett Marine, has appointed Nigel Alston as new sales manager for North America, the company reported in a release yesterday.
Alston joins Matt Terech and, with him, will be responsible for the development and implementation of new product and sales strategies for boat builders nationwide.
Before joining Bennett, Alston was the owner and manager of Access Auto Rental in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. There he managed the company’s sales and marketing efforts, oversaw advertising and developed Internet strategies.
“Nigel’s sales and marketing experience will prove invaluable introducing new and innovative marine products to the OEM market,” according to Fair Hyams, marketing director for Bennett.
