ITC appoints new president

HOLLAND, Mich. – Michael Camarota has been appointed president of ITC, the company said in a statement Aug. 15.

“With proven leadership skills and solid experience, Camarota looks to continue the company’s growth,” said Richard Camarota, ITC’s CEO.

Michael Camarota began his tenure at ITC in March 2000 as the vice president of marketing. In that role, he reorganized and restructured sales and marketing efforts for the company’s recreational vehicle division and reenergized the marine division. As a result, these segments have led ITC’s growth over the past four years.

After two years, he was named the company’s vice president and general manager. Under his leadership, ITC strengthened its customer service and achieved a 99 percent on-time delivery status, improving satisfaction ratings. Additionally, the customer base for ITC’s sourcing and engineering team has increased greatly, helping the company introduce new products.

Prior to joining the company, Michael Camarota specialized in corporate law.
