Xtreme retains ex-Fountain executive as advisor

WASHINGTON, Mo. — Xtreme Companies, Inc. announced recently that former Fountain Powerboat Industries Chief Operating Officer Jack Clark has been retained by the company to serve in an advisory capacity.

“We are very pleased to have someone of Jack’s level of industry experience, expertise and reputation,” said Xtreme CEO Laurie Phillips. “His role will be expansive and include the design and implementation of procedures and strategies necessary for us to accelerate Challenger’s growth.”

“I am looking forward to working with Laurie and the Xtreme team and assisting with the growth of Challenger into a nationally recognized, premium brand niche player,” Clark said. “I hope to optimize my industry knowledge and experience here and am excited about the opportunities on the horizon for Xtreme-Challenger.”

Clark served as COO from 2002 to 2005 for Fountain, a manufacturer of high performance powerboats.
