GE Commercial Distribution Finance names new team member

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. – Commercial Distribution Finance, a unit of GE Capital Solutions, recently appointed Bryant Carr as portfolio manager for the yacht and sail group for its marine unit, the company said in a statement today. Carr is responsible for managing CDF’s $250 million specialized yacht and sail portfolio and overseeing portfolio operations.

Carr has served as interim portfolio manager since January 2006. Previously, he was account executive in the marine unit’s key account group. With more than eight years of inventory finance and asset based lending experience, Carr’s expertise is in large transaction management and operations.

Carr is completing a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Roosevelt University.
