New CFO joins Marine Accessories Corp.

VONORE, Tenn. – Marine Accessories Corporation has hired Ron Fox as its new chief financial officer effective immediately, the company said in a statement yesterday. Fox is a CPA with more than 30 years of experience in financial operations and will become part of the financial management of MAC’s current operations and future acquisitions.

Fox has previously been a CFO at three companies in the automotive industry, with Bestop, Inc.; Deflecta-Shield Corporation; and Lund International. He has held other financial positions at divisions of PET Incorporated and Borden, Inc. He most recently was with PAC Holdings, an aftermarket truck and automotive accessories manufacturer, but has spent the past nine months with MAC in a consulting role.

“I have enjoyed working with [MAC CEO] Rick Reyenger and his team these last several months and am excited for the opportunity to follow through with many projects we started,” Fox said. “The aftermarket marine accessories arena has many similarities to the aftermarket automotive accessories industry with perhaps even more opportunities for growth and expansion making it an exciting time to be with Marine Accessories Corp.”

“It was a natural fit to invite Ron on board after the impact he has had over the past nine months,” Reyenger said. “With the familiarity he has with our operations and personnel, Ron will immediately be effective and instrumental in helping us achieve our growth targets for 2006 and beyond.”

Fox will be relocating from Denver to MAC headquarters in Tennessee in the coming weeks.
