Yamaha Marine grows service division

KENNESAW, Ga. – In an ongoing effort to enhance customer satisfaction, Yamaha Marine is adding several new management and staff positions to its service organization, it reported in a recent statement.

“Yamaha has earned the NMMA CSI Award with outboard motors each year it has been offered, said Ben Speciale, vice president of operations and planning. “By enhancing our service organization, we will be able to raise the bar even higher with our commitment to customer satisfaction.”

Shaw Yamagami will head the new marine service division, and Robert Popiel will hold the newly-created position of department manager of marine service.

The marine field service organization is expanding to include two new key positions. Chad Mohesky will be promoted to assistant department manager of marine field service. Mohesky will be responsible for leading the regional service supervisors and will report to James Mills, the national service manager. Joe Maniscalco and John Corlett have been promoted to regional service supervisors.
