Graves named president of Brunswick’s Freshwater Boat Group

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Andrew E. Graves has joined the Brunswick Boat Group, a unit of Brunswick Corp. (NYSE: BC), as president of the Freshwater Boat Group, the company reported in a recent statement.

In his new capacity, Graves will oversee the operations of the Crestliner, HarrisKayot, Lowe, Lund, Princecraft and Triton brands, with the presidents of those respective brands reporting to him. Graves will report to Dustan E. McCoy, president of the Brunswick Boat Group.

Most recently, Graves was president of the Dresser Flow Solutions business of Dresser, Inc., a maker of valves and control solutions for the oil and gas industry. In that position, he was responsible for four operating groups with a combined $1 billion in annual sales.

From 2001 to 2003, Graves was president and chief operating officer for Federal Signal Corp., a $1.1-billion manufacturer of safety, signaling and communications equipment. Prior to 2001, Graves had held positions of increasing responsibility with CNH Global, N.V., FMC Corporation and US Steel.

Graves holds a bachelor’s of science degree in metallurgical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
