Madison Bay Holdings appoints initial members to advisory board

SEATTLE – The board of directors of Madison Bay Holdings, Inc., a recreational vehicle and leisure watercraft marketer and distributor, has unanimously appointed John Keim and Tom Nestell to its advisory board, according to a company statement issued today.

Keim and Nestell will serve as the initial members of the newly approved advisory board. The board will help the company produce high-quality recreational vehicles and boats, develop a reputable dealer network for these vehicles and establish a strong industry presence, according to Madison Bay.

Keim brings over 30 years of sales, marketing and management experience in the marine industry to Madison Bay’s advisory board. He previously served as the director of Eastern sales for Navigator Yachts, after serving as a regional manager for MarineMax for three years. Keim has been instrumental in establishing dealer networks, developing branding strategies and significantly increasingly sales at several top establishments in the marine industry, including Navigator Yachts, Marine Max and Sea Ray.

Nestell has worked in the boat and recreation vehicle industry for over 20 years. He is the co-owner and founder of Marathon Coach, a custom recreational vehicle converter, where he managed operations, production, engineering, marketing and service. He designed and implemented a state-of-the-art, 135,000 square-foot custom manufacturing facility to create RV products.
