Marine Mover – Reichhold establishes support role for composites distributors
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – Reichhold, Inc. has created a distribution business coordinator position, which will be filled by Tiffani Yogman, the company said in a statement yesterday.
In this position, Yogman will be the point person supporting the needs of Reichhold’s distribution network in the North American composites industry. She is based at Reichhold’s headquarters and technology center in Research Triangle Park, N.C.
Yogman’s role was established to provide distributors with a single contact to assist with a wide variety of questions related to technical issues, product offerings, literature requests and other inquiries for composites products in North America, according to the company. She will work closely with Kevin Downing, Reichhold’s North American distribution manager, and Bill Schramm, business management director.
As distribution business coordinator, Yogman will work with Downing to maintain and distribute Reichhold’s distribution price list. She will work with Reichhold distributors to ensure that price supports are correct and sales representatives to ensure that new business opportunities through distribution are clearly defined through the “Technical Service Request” process.
Distributors will continue to work with their respective Reichhold customer account specialists in placing orders and should work through Reichhold salespersons on pricing issues.
“This is a position Reichhold has had in the past, and one that we saw a need for again,” Downing said. “Tiffani’s experience with our technical organization has prepared her to assist distributors with a wide variety of inquiries. While she won’t have an immediate answer for every question, her proximity to our technical and commercial personnel will make her an invaluable resource to Reichhold’s distribution network.”
Yogman will also work with distributors to grow mutual business and ensure there is clear and effective communication between Reichhold and individual distributor representatives.
Yogman is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. Since joining Reichhold, she has worked as an associate technician for Reichhold’s research and development group. Additionally, Yogman has worked with Reichhold’s physical testing lab, and assisted in product formula optimization among other duties.
