Marine Mover – Two move up in sales and marketing at Triumph Boats

DURHAM, N.C. – Boat builder Triumph Boats has made two changes to its sales and marketing staff, the company reported on Wednesday.

Paul Miller has been promoted to sales manager. In his new position, he will be responsible for all sales and customer service activities, and for managing the efforts of the outside sales team. He was promoted last year to sales administration manager from a customer service position. Before joining Triumph in 2001, Miller spent 14 years in automotive aftermarket sales and retail management.

Rick Davis rejoins Triumph as marketing and business development manager, and will oversee all advertising, media and special events planning. Davis also will aid the sales team in developing open markets and will develop retail programs and promotions in support of current dealers. An 11-year industry veteran, he began his career selling boats at retail in the Carolinas and Florida.
