Marine Mover: Edson names Murphy as Power OEM rep

The Edson Corporation has named Pat Murphy of Commar Sales LLC to represent the company’s powerboat product line in the Gulf Coast states of Western Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Murphy will call on powerboat OEM’s in this territory, with a focus on business development for Edson’s line of powerboat-oriented products, including ProSeries line of PowerKnobs and PowerWheels.

strong relationship with the Commar sales group,” says Edson President Will Keene. “Pat’s credentials and experience, along with his technical prowess will bolster our presence in the West Florida Power Boat market.”

Pat is an avid marine devotee and has been involved in virtually every aspect of the marine industry for over 25 years. He ran Hatchet Bay Marina on the Island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas and operated Eleuthera Charters, a bareboat Charter Service in the same area. Pat has also been a dealer for several lines of boats.
