Marine Mover: Offshore Sailing School appoints Sparks

Offshore Sailing School has appointed Doug Sparks to the position of Southern Regional Manager. Sparks joins Offshore with more than 12 years of maritime management experience in all areas of operations, maintenance, crewing, marketing, sales and financial management. In his new position, Sparks will oversee daily operations of
Offshore locations in Florida, the Bahamas and British Virgin Islands.
