Marine Mover – iboats.com hires dealer sales manager

SALT LAKE CITY – iboats.com has hired Tom Mulholland as manager of dealer sales, the company reported in a release yesterday.

In his new role, Mulholland will assume responsibility for leading iboats’ dealer sales efforts and growing the current base of several hundred dealers using iboats’ Web marketing solutions.

In addition, Mulholland will contribute to the development of Version 5.0 of iboats’ suite of Web marketing solutions for boat dealers and brokers that will be launched in the second quarter of this year.

“I’m very excited to be part of the iboats’ team,” Mulholland said. “There have been a lot of recent changes in the internet marketing space that directly affect dealers and brokers. For me, it was critical to work with a product and company that I believe in, and iboats gave me that.”

Mulholland spent over 33 years in OMC’s Johnson/Evinrude division in numerous roles from corporate to manufacturing to sales and most recently served at boats.com as OEM sales manager.
