Marine Mover – Pursuit Boats names VP of manufacturing

FORT PIERCE, Fla. – Pursuit Boats has named Bruce Thompson as vice president of manufacturing, the company reported in a recent press release.

Thompson is in charge of manufacturing, purchasing and plant maintenance teams, which allow him to oversee all functions of the plant.

He comes to Pursuit from Sea Ray Boats, bringing more than 20 years of boating industry experience to the company.

Thompson has experience in strategic and operational planning, new product development and yacht manufacturing, financial and operational analysis as well as the process and productivity methods designed to assist Pursuit’s LEAN manufacturing process.
