Marine Mover – Pelican Products appoints new VP

TORRANCE, Calif. -¬ Pelican Products, a manufacturer of watertight cases and safety approved flashlights, has appointed Scott Ermeti as vice president of marketing and international business development, the company said in a recent release.

He will be responsible for leading Pelican’s global marketing, advertising and new business initiatives, in addition to being responsible for the company’s European (Barcelona, Spain) and Canadian (Edmonton, Canada) business units.

Ermeti brings more than 20 years of strategic marketing, sales and general management experience to his new position. Most recently he served as managing director and vice president of Pelican’s European operations.

“Scott’s proven leadership and vision will be a great asset to the Pelican executive team,” said Dave Parker, founder and president of Pelican Products. “His global perspective and multi-faceted experience will ensure that this company continues its growth both here in the USA and internationally.”
