Marine Mover – Bartee promoted to COO at DLBA

CHESAPEAKE, Va. – Former Executive Vice President Robert Bartee has been promoted to chief operating officer of Donald L. Blount and Associates, Inc., according to company president Donald Blount.

Bartee will manage all the business operations at the naval architecture and marine engineering design firm.

Bartee became the third employee of DLBA when joining the firm in 1992. He had an important role in developing the expanding design capabilities based on experiences with award winning and international record-setting projects.

Blount and Associates, Inc. has been carefully built over the years,” stated Blount. “It has always been my goal to build a design firm that continues to advance with technology growth, collegial working staff and employees developing long-term and respected relationships with clients.
