SOUTHOLD, N.Y. – Marine assistance organization Sea Tow Services International, Inc. is expanding its Business Technology group with the hiring of technology expert Charles Zaloom, who will serve as the company’s director of Business Technology, effective immediately, Sea Tow said in a release yesterday.
As head of the Business Technology Department, Zaloom will oversee all corporate information technology activities, navigational aids and communication technologies. He will also serve as the company’s primary liaison with outside technology vendors and will be responsible for the creation of new business alliances with major technology companies, marine associations and related government agencies.
