Marine Mover: Halgren joins Flagship
DALLAS, Texas – Larry Halgren has joined Flagship Marinas as director of Expansion, Planning and Construction, reported Flagship Marinas President Gregg Kenney, CMM, in a statement today.
His responsibilities with Flagship include capital projects within the organization’s portfolio and the expansion of third party management agreements throughout the United States.
“I am very pleased to have an individual of Larry’s caliber and professionalism on the Flagship Marinas team”, said Kenney. “He will make a positive and immediate impact on the organization and I look forward to working with him on new and existing projects”, Kenney continued.
Prior to joining Flagship Marinas, Halgren was a principle in Halgren and Associates, a marina industry consultation firm. He was also past president of dock builder Bellingham Marine. He possesses internationally recognized credentials in waterfront development including, breakwaters, fixed and floating marine structures, marina design, and risk analysis, according to Flagship. His experience spans a full range from marina planning and visioning, through final design and construction.
Flagship Marinas is a management company for numerous marina properties. The company is owned by a New York investment bank and provides management services to a wide array of investors serving more than seven thousand marina customers throughout the United States.
