Marine Mover – Curomax appoints senior VP of dealer services
MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Canada – Curomax, a North American provider of dealer finance e-commerce solutions and the originator of a multi-asset finance portal in Canada, has appointed Patrick J. Staudt as the senior vice president, Dealer Services, the company reported in a recent statement.
In this position, Staudt is responsible for all dealer relationships throughout North America.
Staudt brings more than 20 years of operational and management experience in the finance industry to Curomax, according to the company. Prior to joining Curomax, he was the president of Carrollton, Texas-based CitCapital Fleet Services, where under his leadership the business achieved improvement in asset quality, return on investment and customer satisfaction metrics.
He served as president for Mississauga, Ontario-based Associates Fleet Services, where he grew the business from $130 million in assets to more than $450 million in two years. In addition, Staudt served as the vice president, New Business Development and Relationship Management and vice president, Operations for Irving, Texas-based United States Auto Club/Motoring Division. He has also held management positions in the Medium Duty Truck and Auto Fleet Management Divisions of Associates Commercial Corporation and in the Truck and Fleet Leasing Groups of Transamerica Commercial Finance Corp.

Staudt holds a bachelor of science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and a master of business administration from DePaul University, according to Curomax. He recently served on the board of directors for the American Automotive Leasing Association and also served on the board of directors for the Canadian Finance and Leasing Association and the Peel Region United Way.
