Marine Mover – Defender names new Sales, Marketing and Promotions manager

WATERORD, Conn. –Defender Industries has appointed Elizabeth G. Wilson as its Sales, Marketing, and Promotions manager, the company said in a release yesterday.

Wilson is a veteran of L.L.Bean, where her positions included senior business analyst, manager of Strategic Planning, and Inventory manager. She worked on competitive analysis and was heavily involved in evaluating the performance of the company’s 26 catalogs, resulting in strategic recommendations for needed changes and improvements, according to Defender.

“Elizabeth is a welcome addition to the new Defender Management Team,” said Al Knupp, Defender’s executive director. “Her level of experience and expertise in sales and marketing will help Defender continue to increase customer satisfaction.”
