Marine Mover – Imtra Corp. appoints product manager
NEW BEDFORD, Mass. – Marine systems and equipment supplier Imtra Corp. has appointed Alex Larsen as product manager for Imtra Marine Wipers, the company said in a recent statement.
Chris Collings, former product manager for IMW, Muir Windlasses and Besenzoni, will remain in charge of the latter two product groups.
“The extraordinary sales growth of both IMW and Besenzoni, coupled with the continued development of our own proprietary products and accessories, was much faster than anticipated,” said Nat Bishop, Imtra’s president. “Having separate product managers for each segment became a necessity.”
Larsen joined Imtra in 2003 and has served as an assistant to the product management team while acquiring technical training on Imtra’s product groups as part of the customer service department.
