Marine Mover – Regulator hires Seal as mechanical engineer

EDENTON, N.C. – Offshore fishing boat manufacturer Regulator Marine has hired Don Seal as a mechanical engineer to help implement new applications and technologies in its North Carolina manufacturing facility, the company said in a release today.

Seal, a 1996 graduate of North Carolina State with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, spent his early career in construction engineering and quality control, and industrial manufacturing.

His immediate task at Regulator will be helping with the resin transfer molding process for small molds such as hatches, and looking at current applications to implement new technologies.

“Don has a broad education and brings a fresh new perspective and ideas to the company,” said Jeff Mason, Regulator’s plant engineer supervisor. “He hit the ground running and is involved in model year changes.”
