Marine Movers – Scout Boats, Inc. makes three new appointments

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. - Scout Boats, Inc. has named three new employees to its South Carolina manufacturing facility’s customer service department, the company said in a recent press release.

Jack Bentz has been named the company’s customer service manager, while Brad Betts and Jennifer Saunders have also been appointed to the department.

Bentz will be the liaison between Scout’s dealer network and the plant facility, field technical questions for the customers and dealers, approve and process warranties claims and also serve on the manufacturer’s internal quality control task force.

Betts and Saunders will assist Bentz in the handling of all customer service duties for Scout.

“Customer service is an important part of any company, and Scout feels it’s just as important to employ the proper people so that our growing customer and dealer base will remain more than satisfied with our products, service and support,” said Scout Vice President of Operations Dave Wallace.
