LOS ANGELES / NEW YORK – Amy Ray has been appointed Boating magazine marketing director, effective immediately, magazine publisher Wade Luce said in a statement yesterday.
Ray, who will report to Luce, will be based in the magazine’s Los Angeles office. She recently served as a consultant and practitioner on business development, strategic marketing, and public relations expertise to businesses across various industries. Her background includes public relations positions in Detroit with Manning, Selvage & Lee on the Chevrolet account.
“Amy’s strong background in strategic marketing and public relations will make her a valuable asset to our team as we continue to advance Boating’s position,” said Luce. “I’m delighted to welcome her on board.”
