Marine Movers – Brunswick appoints two new VP’s

LAKE FOREST, Ill. – Brunswick Corp. has named Tim Schiek vice president and process leader of its High Performance Product Development Team, and Jeff Behan, who succeeds Schiek, has been named the company’s vice president – planning and business development, Brunswick said Friday.

Schiek will lead a team of representatives from the Brunswick Boat Group, Mercury Marine and Brunswick New Technologies, that will have responsibility for managing product portfolio and product programs as well as developing methods for product integration across the marine businesses.

Behan joins the Boat Group from Brunswick’s Mercury Marine division. He will be responsible for multi-year business planning, assisting in the development and analysis of business strategies and tactics as well as acquisitions for the entire Brunswick Boat Group. His initial focus will be to lead the newly formed Aluminum Group integration of the Crestliner, Lowe, and Lund brands once that acquisition receives regulatory approvals.
