Marine Mover – Hinckley names Austin as director of marketing

PORTSMOUTH, R.I. – The Hinckley Company has appointed Nancy J. Austin as director of marketing, where she will report directly to Alexander Spaulding, President of Hinckley Yachts, a company statement said yesterday.

Austin will oversee all advertising, public relations, collateral materials and other marketing activities for the entire company, including Hinckley Yachts, Hinckley Yacht Services and Hinckley Yacht Brokerage.

Austin, who has more than 15 years of marketing experience and a strong background in brand development, has served as marketing manager of Grand Bank Yachts since 1999.

“I am thrilled to have Nancy on the team,” Spaulding. “Her marketing expertise, in-depth knowledge of the yachting world and enthusiasm for building Hinckley’s brand will serve our company well.”
