Marine Mover: Meridian Yachts adds regional sales manager

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Meridian Yachts recently hired Brad Peer as regional sales manager, the company said yesterday.

Peer joins Meridian with a sales and marketing background, having worked for TEKsystems prior to coming aboard with Meridian. Peer was responsible for marketing information technology consulting services to companies in the manufacturing, health care, financial and technology industries.
His initial responsibilities at Meridian will include continued support of the dealer network and executing strategic initiatives to strengthen Meridian’s presence, according to the company.

“The early success Meridian has enjoyed has presented the need for Brad to join our team,” said Paul Cherney, Meridian’s vice president of yachts. “The need to create this position helps affirm that we are achieving the Meridian ideals of livability, cruisability and functionality and that consumers share our enthusiasm and vision for what a motoryacht should be.”
