Marine Mover: Voyage Charters appoints new yacht sales manager

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Voyage Charters International has appointed Bruce Wagner as yacht sales manager at its Annapolis headquarters, the company reported in a statement yesterday.

Wagner brings over 15 years of marine industry experience to Voyage Charters, including a background in business development, sales management and marketing, according to the company.

Prior to joining the company, Wagner was the director of Lagoon America for four years, the U.S. office for the catamaran builder Lagoon, which manages the national dealer sales network, marketing, and market development for North America.

His industry experience also includes positions with Sun Yacht Charters as yacht sales manager, and AYS Charters & Sailing School as director. He is an experienced sailor and power boater who has held a USCG Master, 100-ton license since 1987, Voyage Charters reported.

Wagner will be responsible for sales of the full range of Voyage sailing catamarans and Stealth power catamarans for both private and charter ownership to the North American market as well as assisting with marketing and market development.

Voyage Charters International offers luxury-crewed and bareboat charters in sailing destinations such as the British Virgin Islands, Seychelles, and the Spanish Balearic Islands, and through a recently concluded venture with Florida Yachts, will now also offer placement of charter vessels in the Bahamas, Key West and Miami South Beach.
