Marine Mover: Maverick Boat Co. appoints new warranty and customer service manager

FORT PIERCE, Fla. – Maverick Boat Company, Inc. has hired Steve Sarles as the Warranty and Customer Service manager for the Maverick, Hewes and Pathfinder product lines, announced Scott Deal, president, in a statement today.

“Steve brings over 15 years of marine industry experience in warranty and customer service, on both the dealer and manufacturer level to the Maverick team.” said Deal.

The Maverick Boat Company, Inc. has been building its management team to support its corporate “3Q” mission and vision, according to the statement.

“Everything that we do at Maverick is part of our business strategy to be a quality company, with quality people and quality products,” added Deal.

Prior to joining the Maverick Boat Company, Sarles was working in sales administration at Allied Richard Bertram Group in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Prior to the Bertram Group, Sarles worked for many years at Boston Whaler in Edgewater, Fla., in warranty, customer service and sales administration capacities, according to Maverick. Sarles also has dealer side experience having worked at two dealerships: Lauderdale Marina in Fort Lauderdale and Birbarie Marine, Brandord, Conn.

Deal added that “Steve has a very unique background and strong skill set that will be a great asset to our dealers and corporate team. We have already received a lot of positive feedback from the dealer network and we are extremely glad to have Steve onboard.”

The Maverick Boat Company, Inc. is the manufacturer and marketer of the Maverick, Hewes and Pathfinder brands of saltwater fishing boats.
