OneWater Marine announces management changes
Atlanta-based OneWater Marine launched their 2020 fiscal year with management team changes.
Vice president of retail operations, David K. Witty, has been promoted to executive vice president of retail operations; in recognition of his consistent operational leadership while managing rapid growth across all 64 OneWater Marine locations.
“Dave’s leadership of our technical infrastructure and software application development has been instrumental in our rapid growth.” said OneWater Marine COO, Anthony Aisquith. “I am pleased to recognize Dave’s many contributions and look forward to continued growth well into the future with Dave in his new role.”
Joey Jones has been named vice president of retail operations with an emphasis in sales. Joey most recently served as General Manager of the company’s Lake Allatoona store in Canton, Georgia. He has been with the company since 2010.
As vice president of retail operations with an emphasis in sales, OneWater said Jones will help lead the company’s sales and dealership support efforts.
“As a valuable member of the team for ten years,” said Aisquith, “Joey’s background in sales team recruiting, development, and performance optimization make him an obvious fit for this position.”
Transitioning from his role as the Atlanta Store Manager, Cory Sneed will assume the role of vice president of retail operation with an emphasis in revenue optimization as well as finance and insurance. Sneed will work closely with director, Kyle Johnson, to recognize, leverage, and assist the retail locations in capturing every dollar in available revenue from every transaction.
“Cory has worn many hats in the organization and has been vital to our growth and success over the last decade,” said Aisquith. “I’m excited to see him contribute on a greater scale across the enterprise.”
