Last chance to register for workforce session at IBEX

A new Super Session has been added to the International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) educational lineup.

Challenges & Solutions for Workforce Development will feature workforce experts and industry stakeholders from around the country who will speak about existing programs used by other industries to fill the talent pipeline, share real-life examples, teach how to train for soft-skills, and more.

The workforce Super Session takes place September 30 ahead of IBEX (Oct. 1-3) in Tampa, from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Challenges & Solutions for Workforce Development Super Session will:

Examine existing workforce development efforts
Explore best practices at the local, regional and state levels.
Learn how to formulate a best approach for your company to develop a capable workforce

The Super Session fee is: $129, includes lunch and all materials.
