Correct Craft eyes future expansion
Correct Craft announced the acquisition of 60 acres immediately adjacent to its current Orlando headquarters. The new property will allow for future expansion of its operations.
The current property, home of Correct Craft and its subsidiaries Nautique Boats, Aktion Parks, and Watershed Innovation, is 138 acres. The acquired property will expand the facility to 198 acres.
This added space will provide the potential for expansion of the Correct Craft corporate offices and a dedicated innovation facility.
Correct Craft President and CEO Bill Yeargin stated, “Our team is excited to finalize the acquisition of this additional property. We have outgrown our current Orlando facility and this extra land will give us many options to support our future growth initiatives.” Yeargin added, “This land also has direct lake access which will help us with testing related to our innovation plans.”
