NMMA accepting 2019 Hall of Fame Award nominations

Nominations for the NMMA Hall of Fame Award are being accepted through July 17, 2019. Launched in 1988, the NMMA Hall of Fame award honors an individual who has or is currently generating substantial and lasting contributions to the advancement of the marine industry. It recognizes marine leaders whose names and deeds are synonymous with the pursuit of quality, innovation and perfection within their respective spheres of expertise.

All nominations must be submitted electronically through the nomination form by July 17. Those interested in making a nomination can read about the award criteria and past winners here. The criteria for entries is also listed below.

HALL OF FAME NOMINATION CRITERIA

To be eligible for the NMMA Hall of Fame Award one must:

• Made a substantial and lasting impact on the industry or their particular segment
• Known in the industry and is beyond personal or professional reproach
• Was or continues to be a member or supporter of NMMA
• Actively involved in the marine industry for a minimum of ten years
