River Valley completes new marine superstore

River Valley Power & Sport, one of Boating Industry‘s Top 100 dealers, recently announced the completion of a new marine superstore in Rochester, Minn., adjacent the existing powersports facility. A grand opening celebration will take place the week of June 24-29, 2019.

Rochester Chamber of Commerce will commemorate the celebration with a ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m. on June 24 followed by guest speakers. The celebration continues in the evening with refreshments, giveaways and interactive displays.

The new showroom and service center contracted the work of many local companies and will bring in visitors from all over the Midwest.

The new facility offers a massive showroom that can display more than 30 boats, large service center and boasts a drive through delivery bay designed for Minnesota weather. The facility sits on 4.9 acres of property across the street from our powersports store.

“Our vision for this additional bricks & mortar investment in Rochester, Minnesota’s fastest growing city, we believe is proper to refer to its nickname as ‘Destination Marine Center-Rochester.’ We saw the opportunity to separate powersports from marine on the same seven-acre campus directly across the frontage road from one another, conveniently located at the busiest intersection in the area,” said owner, John Wooden. “We look forward to a very bright future in the powersports and marine business and continuing our presence in the Rochester community, as we have for the past 18 years.”
