New Sunseeker sport yacht will debut at Cannes

Sunseeker has announced its full line up of eight models that will be on display at September’s Cannes Yachting Festival 2018.

The event will feature the world premiere of its new 74 Sport Yacht and for the first the very first time, the flagship 131 Yacht.

Visitors to the Sunseeker stand will have the opportunity to view a diverse line-up during the first show of the boating season, which will feature more than 500 yachts, 500 exhibitors and over 50,000 visitors attending the event in the Bay of Cannes.

The new Sunseeker 74 Sport Yacht, with 38-knot capability, features the latest Sunseeker design cues as the recently launched Predator 74.

However, while maintaining a similar dynamic look, the in-house design team at Sunseeker has created the 74 Sport Yacht with an new flybridge.

The yacht’s exterior has oversized pillarless’ windows down to the side deck and a helm sunroof. An additional helm station is offered, as well as an entertainment space with plentiful seating, dining and sunbathing options and a drawer fridge as standard, along with optional bimini and wet bar upgrades.

Depending on the owner’s wishes, the 74 Sport Yacht can be transformed into an open yacht in warmer regions or a closed yacht in cooler climates with an innovative cockpit door mechanism which lowers itself into the sole of the yacht.

Below deck there are three en-suite cabins, comprising an aft master stateroom, starboard twin and forward VIP. The master cabin has an optional walk-in wardrobe.

The below deck configuration allows owners to have a walk-in wardrobe for the forward VIP, an extended galley arrangement complete with lounge and breakfast bar seating, or an additional twin guest cabin which would allow the yacht to accommodate up to eight guests in a four-cabin arrangement. The foredeck features a large sunpad with lounge seating with optional pram hood canopy.
