Infinity Woven Products expands sales team, localizes representatives

Infinity Woven Products has announced the recent expansion of its sales team with localized internal sales representatives.

The expansion will allow the Dalton, Georgia-based woven flooring company to provide expedited engagement and personalized service to customers in the marine, RV and other industries it serves.

“Infinity Woven Products is always looking for ways to provide our customers with the best service,” said  Warren McCrickard, vice president of corporate sales. “By expanding our sales team, we’ll be able meet with our customers on a regular basis to discuss any questions they may have about our products. But most importantly, we’ll be able to respond to their needs more quickly to ensure our products and offerings continue to exceed their expectations.”

With the expansion of its sales team comes a number of changes and promotions for Infinity.

Dylan Honeycutt has been promoted to business unit manager, and Chris Folan, formerly the Southeast OEM sales representative, is now director of sales.

Additionally, Tony Ward has joined the company as the Southeast sales representative and Kipp Usher as Midwest sales representative.

Honeycutt joined Infinity in 2015 leading all operations, finance and administrative functions of the company. He was instrumental in the acquisition to Twitchell Technical Products in 2016 and has continued to lead both product development and operations for Infinity.

Honeycutt was further recognized by being named to the 2018 Boating Industry 40 Under 40.

Folan has over 30 years of experience in the marine industry working in technical sales and dealer relations for Mercury, BRP and Yamaha. He joined Infinity two years ago and has been integral in the expansion of its internal mat kit business which provides full-fabricated, bound and snapped mats to OEM customers. Folan will oversee sales in all capacities and industries.

Ward is transitioning from Infinity’s parent company, Twitchell Technical Products, to Infinity to further support its southeastern partners from the Dalton office.

Usher joins the Infinity team from ITC Inc. and was responsible for managing the company’s OEM relationships within the U.S. He has been working directly with many of Infinity’s customers, including OEM partners and prospects, over the past years.

Usher will be based out of Michigan and his proximity to the company’s core marine and RV customers will enable Infinity to become both more proactive and responsive to their needs and future product development.

Longtime Infinity OEM Marine Sales Representative David Anderson will also remain an integral part of the company, transitioning to a greater role servicing new markets throughout Infinity’s family of companies under the Twitchell banner.

Finally, McCrickard will be taking on a larger corporate marketing and business development role at Twitchell.

McCrickard joined Infinity in 2014 overseeing a company rebrand and market expansion, and  transitioned into a corporate sales role in 2016 where he continued the execution of sales, marketing and design efforts across all platforms and industries.

“Providing our customers with unparalleled customer service and the highest-quality, most durable products in the industry is our top priority,” Honeycutt said. “With these changes, we can better focus on the customer experience and ensure our customers continue to receive the care and attention they’ve come to expect from Infinity Woven Products.”
