Navico announces new web-based system builder cloud

Navico — manufacturer of marine electronics and parent company to the Lowrance, Simrad and B&G brands — announced the release of a web-based version of its popular and award-winning System Builder software – System Builder Cloud.

Like the original version of System Builder, System Builder Cloud is a software tool that allows sales personnel to quickly produce a quote for a Navico system that includes all the necessary components, in addition to SKUs, pricing and system diagram.

System Builder is available to all authorized resellers who have access to the Navico Online Pricebook.

“We are pleased to bring System Builder to a web-based platform which will get it into the hands of more or our authorized resellers,” said Navico CEO Leif Ottosson. “Making this valuable sales tool more accessible will help our resellers better serve the consumer and, as a result, have greater success.”

Previously available exclusively on iPad, the new System Builder Cloud is accessible via the Google Chrome browser and incorporates the Navico Online Pricebook into its new interface, further streamlining the process of creating a quick customer quote for a working system of Navico products.
