Scout Boats unveils innovations, new models at dealer meeting

Scout Boats unveiled LXF fleet innovations and two new models to the company line-up during its annual dealer meeting in late September.

New models include the 355 LXF, 235 XSF and 251 XSS. The new innovations include bow-mounted cameras, heated helm seats and hardtop-mounted solar panel battery chargers – all available options on its LXF fleet – and a new two-toned Cayenne interior upholstery package available on select models.

“Our R&D department has been working tirelessly to bring these exciting new innovations to our line,” said Scout CEO & Founder Steve Potts. “Our LXF series is the example of luxury married with performance, and we feel it’s incredibly important to continue to not only innovate our models but to also provide the types of innovations that ‘wow’ our customers and exceed their expectations.”

The company’s new 530 LXF flagship will debut next spring, Potts added. During the annual dealer meeting, Scout also awarded its top dealers and recognized sales professionals from around the world for the 2017 model year. The award winners  are as follows:

“We had our most successful dealer meeting to date,” said Sales & Marketing Director Alan Lang. “Our new model unveilings were well received by the media, our dealers and our customers who attended our boat sale expo, and we’re very proud of the dealer network we’ve built and how hard they work on our behalf. And we had a unique situation with our multi-location dealer, Viage Group. Both of their sales teams set records for sales so we awarded the entire Viage sales group with our Top Salesman of the Year award.”
