Suntex acquires California marina properties
Suntex Marina Investors LLC has acquired two new marina locations on Trinity Lake in California, the state’s third largest reservoir.
The marinas are located in the Whiskeytown-Shasta-Trinity National Recreation Area, an hour and a half drive northwest of Redding.
Cedar Stock Resort Marina, a full-service facility operated under permit from the Forest Service, includes seasonal houseboat rentals – ranging from 50- to 60-feet; mountain cabin rentals overlooking Trinity Lake; fishing boats, deck cruisers, powerboats, personal watercraft and ski boats rentals; boat slip rentals; boat and motor repair shop; restaurant and lounge; and a gift shop.
Trinity Center Marina, operated under permit from the Forest Service and planned to open June 2018, will tentatively have fuel and approximately 20 boat slips available to rent.
