Carver Yachts has completed the first sea trials of its new C34 Coupe, and plans to debut its newest midsize cruising boat at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Nov. 1 to Nov. 5.
During sea trails with twin, 300 horsepower Mercury MerCruiser stern drives, the C34 topped out at 35.5 knots with a full load.
The C34’s cockpit features L-shaped lounge seating and an optional cocktail table. Cabin headroom throughout main level is 6 feet, 8 inches, with as much as 6 feet, 5 inches in the lower level.
The starboard-side helm station incorporates an adjustable seat, allowing the driver to stand or sit as desired.
The C34’s main level offers a galley with solid-surface countertops, a U-shaped dinette with adjustable high-low dining table and filler cushions, opening salon windows with screens, and a optional retractable sunroof.
