Webasto Thermo & Comfort North America has established a master technician dealership program. It will be supported by the company's new marine technical services team, which will provide training and assistance.
The new nationwide dealer program includes instruction and product education on Webasto A/C, heating and sunroof systems. Installation diagnostic service, repair and maintenance training and assistance, technical support for vessel owners and factory service technicians available 24/7 are also key components.
The technical services dealer program has been designed to ensure a commitment to superior customer support and convenience, bringing services to the boat owner's dock.

In addition to training master dealers, the new Webasto technical services team will deploy a fleet of vans to enable mobile and onsite support. The first will roll out in the concentrated HVAC market in the southeastern US. Robert Fiaschi, who has decades of experience, was appointed marine HVAC technical services manager to lead the group.
